• Do you have an order processing time?

Yes, all payments must go through a mandatory 1-2 business day processing  clearance, then your order will be completed and you will receive additional information.

• When will I receive my order?

All shipped orders will be received in 5-7 business days, while pickup orders are available 2-3 days following processing time if there is a delay you will be notified via email, for any concerns text:  with your order number and concerns.​

• Do you issue refunds?

There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges are accepted if the hair is not tampered with.
