Hair Maintenance Tips

Here are two things to the prevent shedding of your bundles:

1. Seal your wefts properly before installing

2. Do not cut the weft

Your stylists play a major role in the longevity of your bundles also, they should use the blanket stitch method.

When our raw virgin hair is extracted from the donor's head it cannot replenish nutrients. Treat the bundles how you would treat your natural hair; wash the hair bi-weekly using alcohol and sulfate free products.

NOTE: once you perm, dye, or chemically treat the hair the longevity of hair is not guaranteed if you do not care after the hair properly. Use a color protecting shampoo to maintain colored/dyed hair.

Alcohol and Sulfate free products prevents the hair from drying out.

Wash the hair with lukewarm water and rinse it with cold water.

When you detangle the hair please use a wide tooth comb and/or a paddle brush.

Let your hair air dry to avoid excessive heat.

When straightening or curling hair the max amount of heat is 400. To prevent heat damage and freeze use an alcohol-free heat protectant.

Wrap your hair at night, satin caps are encouraged.

Curly hair extensions need more maintenance:

Use leave in conditioner or curl refiner on the daily.

Curly hair must be combed out in sections from the bottom to top with a wide tooth comb. Use a spray bottle filled with water and leave in conditioner for moisturization.

Curly hair should be sectioned into several braids at night.
